Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by TJ’s High Quality Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By scheduling services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

TJ’s High Quality Cleaning Services provides:

  • Commercial cleaning services

  • Move-in/move-out residential cleaning

  • Event cleaning services

  • Junk removal services

Service details, frequency, and scope will be agreed upon prior to service.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on information provided by the client.

  • Pricing may change if actual conditions differ from those described.

  • Additional services outside of agreed scope may result in additional charges.

  • Written contracts override verbal agreements.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as agreed in writing (weekly, monthly, or per service).

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Commercial accounts may be subject to invoicing terms (e.g., Net 7, Net 15).

  • Returned payments may incur additional fees.

We reserve the right to discontinue services for non-payment.

4. Access to Property

Clients must:

  • Provide safe and legal access to property

  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are functioning

  • Secure pets during service

  • Disclose any hazardous conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

5. Satisfaction & Claims

If you are unsatisfied with service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will review and, if necessary, return to address concerns.

Claims reported beyond 24 hours may not qualify for re-service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TJ’s High Quality Cleaning Services is insured; however:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • We are not liable for wear and tear, normal deterioration, or improperly installed items.

  • We are not liable for damages exceeding the amount paid for the service.

7. Junk Removal Terms

  • Clients must confirm ownership or legal right to dispose of items.

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, medical waste, etc.) will not be removed.

  • Disposal fees may apply depending on load size.

8. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service agreement.

9. Independent Contractor Status

All employees and representatives of TJ’s High Quality Cleaning Services are authorized to perform services on behalf of the company.

We are an independent service provider and not an employee of the client.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false information

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the website

  • Use website content without permission

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
